Douglas County West (DCW) includes Castle Rock, Larkspur, Sedalia, Palmer Lake and part of Littleton - Closings for the month of November ended up down 31.7% at 95 single family homes closed. Year to date DCW is down 18% in closings. The average sale price decreased to 363,494 a decrease of 22.9%. Inventory increased by 132 homes on the market an increase of 10.5%
